Will appointments will be done again in 2010 for generating a Will or signing an existing one.

Taxes
Legal plan benefits are and have been taxable for the past 10 years. You may notice that your W-4 will have an additional annual amount prorated up to $70 in excess of your actual earnings. This means you will pay tax on $70.

Notes: Members and dependents may do free reciprocal or non-identical simple wills and Health Care Proxies, Durable Powers of Attorney and Living Wills each year.
